Butter, salted, 1 stick (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (303 x 406) (remove)*Creamed Corn, 1.5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Bread stuffing, cornbread, dry mix, 240 grams (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
melt butter in pan over medium heat, add chopped onion and chopped green chilies. saute till onions are translucent. in large bowl mix corn, eggs, and jiffey corn bread mix. add sauted onions and chilies. pour into 9x13 glass pan and spoon doleps of sour cream on top of cassarole and then spread grated cheese,cook at 375 f. for 35 mins.
