Quick Chili

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, diced or crushed1 tbsp olive oil170g minced beef2 tins Tesco Value Chopped Tomatoes200g chickpeas in water, drained and rinsed1 tin Tesco Three Bean Salad, drained and rinsedSalt to taste (about a tsp)Chili flakes to taste
Directions
Slightly cook the onion and garlic in the oil for about 5 minutes, or until the onion is soft. Add the mince, and cook until there is no pink left in the beef. Add the tomatoes and beans and mix together, then season to taste. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to make sure it's not sticking, then serve or freeze.

Makes 4 3/4 cup servings.
