This was awesome! It's just my daughter and I in the house so it lasted for 2 meals and a lunch for myself. Sever it with pita & Tzatziki and a side salad topped with a Lebanese Lemon Salad Dressing I found on allreceipes.com. Will definitely make again! - 8/25/11

Made these for dinner tonight after buying ground pork on sale and not knowing what to do with it. I wasn't sure about the 3 tablespoons of cumin as I was adding it - seemed like an awful lot - but trust the recipe, these were delicious! I switched out the bread for 1 cup of bread crumbs. - 5/10/10

Made this last week, didn't have ground cumin so I toasted 2 tbsps cumin seed and coursely ground them. I used more than a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of ground cloves. Really good! Hubby doesn't like plain yoghurt so subbed sour cream. The cucumber brings it all together. Thanks! - 6/29/12
