Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Milk1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)3-4 oz. Tofu (a 1 inch slice) I used extra firm2 tsp Vanilla extract1/4 cup Sugar (about 4 TBSP - add to taste)2 cups Frozen Fruit (approx - use to taste)2-4 cups Crushed Ice (for consistency)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and Viola!

I would definitely subsititue the whole milk for non fat or Soy if I were making these for myself.

We had blueberries in the fridge - but any fruit will do of course. You could probably add cocoa or chocolate chips for a different twist.
