Zuccini and mushrooms

Ingredients
4 med. zuccini squash1/4 cup onions chopped5 fresh mushrooms sliced1 tablespoon blue bonnet light
Directions
slice zuccini, chop onions and mushrooms
melt margarine and saute onions just then add mushrooms and zuccini, salt and pepper to taste.

allow to cook until zuccini is done.
about 15 min.

    My mom always made a version of this recipe. Love it! Can do over rice or pasta. Great snack, if you prefer just zuccini with a little butter or margarine, little shredded parmesan cheese and salt & pepper to taste! - 8/29/09
