2.5 tbsp reduced fat mayo1 tbsp cider vinegarhalf a small shallotFreshly Ground Pepper to taste 1.5 cups chopped cauliflower1 to 1.5 cups of chopped hearts of romaine lettuce.5 chopped tart-sweet red apple
Directions

Whisk mayo, vinegar, shallot and pepper in a large bowl until smooth. Then add in cauliflower, romaine and apple - Toss to coat and EAT!
