How is the least bit healthy?? Sugar, butter, half and half cream??? You have 15 g of fat and 48 carbs and the cholesterol content is not good. This is a heart attack dish and shouldn't be on a diet recipes site. - 11/29/07

cutting calories and not taste in this recipe is easy enough - substitute egg whites for the whole eggs; use skim milk; eliminate the half and half; and reduce the sugar/butter amounts on the topping. - 7/6/11

It will be a new Christmas tradition as it was easy to pop in the oven this morning. Everyone really liked it and agreed it should be back next year. - 12/25/07

I sent this recipe to my sister to make for our brunch to celebrate our parents 40th wedding anniversary. It was a hit and no one believed it was light in calories. A must for anyone wanting a twist to the traditional brunch fair! - 10/9/07
