Tomato Cream Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
Sauce:1tbsp light olive oil1pat butter1 can of stewed tomatoes, not drained, or 2 large chopped tomatoes1/2 medium onion, diced2 cloves garlic, mincedbasil, to tastepepper, to taste1/2 cup light whipping cream2tbsp light cream cheeseI like to try other types of cheese- bleu, feta, gorgonzola, it's up to youSeafood:1/2 lb cooked shrimp1/2 lb cooked scallops1 pat butterlemon garlic seasoning or garlic salt and lemon
Directions
Melt 1 pat of butter in a pan
add shrimp and scallops
sprinkle with lemon garlic seasoning, about 1.5 tbsp, or to taste
let them cook for about 15 minutes, or until scallops and shrimp are white

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat
Add stewed tomatoes, bring to boil, let simmer for five minutes or until most of the liquid is gone.
remove from heat, stir in cream.
bring to boil, then let simmer for 20 minutes, sauce will thicken the longer it simmers. stir in cream cheese and any other cheeses while it simmers
