Lay down last two tortillas. Cover with salsa and remaining cheese, then sprinkle olives and green onion over the top. Bake in the oven until heated throughout and cheese is bubbly. This recipe was very filling and delicious! For a simpler and less spicy version, I cut out the green chiles and substituted one package of taco seasoning for the spices. The cooking directions are vague, but I baked at 350 for about 30 to 35 minutes and everything turned out great. - 2/3/14

I tried this recipe tonite and it was spectacular! I did tweak it a bit, like I alway do and added some fresh summer squash to the mix and mashed my own pinto beans and added fresh cliantro and avocado at the end. I love vegtables... I highly recomend if you are craving the taste of a burrito! - 9/9/09
