Banana Split cheesecake smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup water1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese1/2 cup Dannon Lite&Fit Vanilla yogurt1 scoop chocolate protein powder1/2 medium frozen banana6 frozen strawberries
Directions
Blend 1 cup water with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup yogurt.
Be sure this is well blended, cottage cheese curds are gone before adding the rest -
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Banana and strawberries

*I prefer the banana and strawberries frozen. I like the icy texture it adds and gives the smoothie an extra chill*
