hi protein, hi fiber omlette

Ingredients
3 eggs 1 scoop soy protein2 TBS Benefiber (or brand of choice)1 C. ground sausage1/2 C. fat free milk1 C. spinach (or veggie of chioce)1/4 C. shredded cheeseI added onions and mushrooms
Directions
mix all ingrediants and microwave for 3 minutes...stir, sprinkle with shredded cheese and microwave for 2 more minutes or until egge are done and cheese is melted
