Ingredients
3 whole boneless chicken breast cut and sliced into strips3 tsp Mrs. Dash Chipotle southwest blend seasoning2 tsp McCormick Fajita Seasoning 1/2 of a small onion1/2 tbls evoo6 Old El Paso Stand N Stuff Taco Shells1/2 cup lettuce1/4 cup tomatoes1/2 cup 2% Kraft cheese6 tablespoons fat free sour cream
Directions
In a gallon zip lock bag put chicken strips, chipotle, fajita mix and olive oil make sure all the meat is covered with seasoning and let stand in the fridge for about 1 hour.

(HINT) The longer the Chicken marinates the better.

Slice your onions into strips

chop lettuce and tomato

After at least an hour of marinating, take out chicken and put it into a sprayed skillet along with your onions.

top with lid and let cook for about 15 or 20 min. stirring occasionally.

While that is cooking prepare Taco shells buy the directions on the box.

Fill taco's with onions, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and 1 tablespoon of sour cream

2 taco's per person

serves 3 people.

Or 2 people can have 3 taco's each which would be 465 it still really is not that bad considering the Taco's are the entire meal.

If your prefere beef I calcutated Ground beef 93/7, 10 oz which would be about 11/2 oz per taco and it came out to be 373 for 3 people and 560 for 2.

The only difference in preparation would be not having to marinate the meat you would just brown the hamburger with the Taco seasoning instead of Fajita seasoning and chop onions smaller.
