Ingredients
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 can (12 oz) yields Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 2 tbsp Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice Milk, nonfat, .50 cup
Directions
mix all ingredients exept for bread. place in cassarole dish.. cube up bread mix with melted butter season with salt and pepper and put on top. back for 45 minutes or untill brown and bubbly.
