Honey Mustard Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
2 oz Chicken Breast, cooked & diced1 diced green apple8 almonds, sliced/cut/chunked1 Tbsp Honey2 tsp Dijion MustardArnold Select Sandwich ThinLettuce3-4 Grape Tomatoes, sliced
Directions
I always pre-cook my chicken in a crockpot of broth and dice it after it cools.

Mix together the mustard and honey in a small dish.
Mix together chicken, almonds, and apple slices in a seperate dish. Cover with honey-mustard mixture.
Spoon onto sandwich thin.
Add lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
YUMM-O!
