Cheesy Sauce for Veggies or Pasta~No Fat~

Ingredients
1 cup Fat Free Half & Half4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese1 3/4 cups Sharp Cheddar Reduced Fat Shredded CheeseNOTE: If you are going to use this on macaroni you will want to add 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of butter or SmartBalance butter sticks. This has not been included in the nutritional facts for this recipe.
Directions
Servings = 4 Serving size = approximately 1/2 cup

Bring the Half & Half to a simmer on medium heat in a saucepan and add cream cheese by pinching off small pieces into the half & half and whisk until smooth. Add cheddar cheese and whisk for a minute until cheese melts. Remove from heat and pour over the whatever you want.
