*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cupsTomato Sauce, 1 cup Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup, undrainedGround Turkey, 1 lb 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, part skim milk9 Lasagna Noodles
Boil lasagna noodles for 10 min., drain. Brown burger. Mix burger, spag. sauce, undrained mushrooms, and tomato sauce.
Layer some sauce, 3 noodles, sauce, and cheese. repeat 2 more times. Top with cheese. Place foil tightly over pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Remove foil and bake for 20 min. longer. Remove from oven, let sit 5-10 min. before serving. Cut into 12 servings.

This was very easy and very good. The sauce I used made the lasagna a little runny, so I may skip the tomato sauce next time. I made 9 servings and used 10 oz of cheese and kept the calories down. Next time I'll add in some spinach and a little bit of low fat ricotta, plus more veggies. - 8/18/09
