Cake:1 box white cake mix1 (3 oz) strawberry jello4 eggs, room temperature3/4 cup oil1 cup sweetened strawberries.Icing:4 1/2 cup powdered sugar1 stick unsalted butter, softened1/2 cup sweetened strawberriesMix all together and ice cupcakes.
For cake:
Mix all ingredients until combined. Add 1 cup sweetened strawberries, mix.
Place in 30 greased cupcake liners. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack and cool completely.
For icing:
Mix together and ice cupcakes. Refrigerate cupcakes when completed.
