Ingredients
Turnips, 1 medium Parsnips, 1 parsnip (9" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic powder, 1 tspCanola Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving
Directions
Spray 8x8 cooking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400. coarsely chop vegetables and place in pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and italian seasoning. Bake for 35 minutes and then broil for 10.
