Connie's Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
Wet Mix:3 eggs1 cup of oil2 cups of sugar3 teaspoons vanilla2 cups of grated zucchiniDry MIx3 cups of flour1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of baking soda1/4 teaspoon baking powder3 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix the wet mix in a large bowl.
Mix the dry mix in a small bowl

Gradually beat in the dry mix into the wet mix.
Pour into floured pans (2 loaf pans)

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.

Makes 22 1-in. slices

Note: Freezes great!
