Ingredients
1.5 cups onion - sliced1.5 cups bell pepper - sliced1.5 lb. uncooked peeled deveined shrimp1.5 tsp. fresh thyme leave or 1/4 dried2 tsp. fresh garlic or 1/8 tsp. powder
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Stir fry vegetables in a nonstick frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Approx. 3 minutes

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and firm.
