Boneless Chicken Breast TendersHot SaucePaprikaOnion PowderGarlic PowderSalt and Pepper
Directions
Mix hot sauce and seasoning with chicken tenders and marinate for 30 min. Place in oven safe baking dish and bake for 45 min or until chicken is cooked through. Toss chicken in extra hot sauce and serve with low fat blue cheese or ranch with celery.
