Raw and Fresh Blueberry Tart

Ingredients
Crust:2 cups almonds (ground)3/4 cup dates (seeds removed)pinch of sea saltFilling:3 1/2 cups fresh blueberries1 banana1 1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
For the crust, in a food processor, grind the almonds until fine. Add the dates and salt and blend until the mixture binds together between your fingers when pinched. Press into a tart pan and set aside.

For the filling, in a food processor, combine 2 1/2 cups of blueberries, banana, and honey together. Blend until smooth. Remove from processor and pour into the prepared crust. Take the remaining 1 cup of fresh blueberries and place over the mixture in a single layer so that it covers the mixture entirely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy
