Provençal Chicken with White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce

1 lb chicken breast filets2 tsp black pepper1 tbsp olive oil1/3 cup white cooking wine2 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp dried herbes du Provence2 tbsp butter or butter substitute (I prefer I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light)
Add olive oil to pan on medium heat. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with pepper and add to pan. Fry on both sides until lightly brown.
Add wine to pan and bring to boil. Sprinkle chicken with herbes de Provence and add lemon juice. Bring to boil again. Decrease heat to low. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
Stir in garlic to broth mixture and let cook about 2 minutes until mixture has reduced. Add butter, stirring until butter melts. Serve sauce over chicken.
