Ingredients
Barilla Plus Penne 8 0zRagu Light Sauce - Tomato & Basil 2 cupsGarlic 4 tspOnion 1/2 cupZucchini 1 cup choppedSummer Squash - 1 cup choppedOlive Oil 1 TBSMushrooms 1 cup chopped
Directions
Chop Zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and onion. Put Olive Oil in Sauce Pan, Add Zucchini, Squash, Garlic, And Onions. Saute for about 5 minutes, Add the tomato sauce to pan and simmer for at least 30 Minutes. While sauce is finishing up cook pasta according to package. Combine and serve. This is actually 3 servings for us. A 3oz Pasta serving.
