Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Lime and Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
1 Pork Tenderloin, about 700 gramsJuice and zest from 1 limeSoy Sauce, 2 tbspSesame Oil, 1 1tspGarlic, 3 cloves, mincedGinger Root, 1 1/2 inch piece, peeled and grated1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
Directions
Put all the ingredients, including the pork tenderloin, into a small, sealable plastic bag and marinate at room temperature, in a cool place, for 2 hours, or as long as 12 hours refrigerated.
Grill, turning to cook on all four sides, for about 20 minutes, until cooked through but not dried out. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
