Better Homes and Gardens Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 c sifted all-purpose flour1/4 c sugar2 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1 well-beaten egg3/4 c nonfat milk1/3 c canola oil1 c fresh or thawed and well-drained frozen blueberries.
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F about 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
