Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup Grapenuts2 cup Low-fat chocolate ice cream, slightly softened1 2.1 oz. package sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix1/4 cup creamy peanut butter1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Makes 8 servings.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup cereal nuggets evenly in bottom of an 8-inch round cake pan. Combine remaining 1/4 cup cereal nuggets, ice cream, pudding mix, and peanut butter in a bowl. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spoon th mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
