Pork tenderloin in wine

Pork Tenderloin, 100 grams Red Wine, 150 mL Water, 50-100 mlBasil, 5 leaves Pepper, black, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp
Take 100 grams of pork tenderloin and cut it into cubes.
Put it into a small pot (a one liter pot will do).
Add a cup of red wine (or 150 ml of wine) and 50-100 ml of water.The liquid should cover the pieces of meat.
Then add one teaspoon of each of the following: salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinamon and paprika.
Add some basil leaves and salvia(optional)
Stir well and leave for 10 minutes.
Boil for 10 minutes with the lid on, then take the lid off the pot and boil for another 10-15 minutes, leaving at least half of the liquid to evaporate.
Serve hot.
