Italian Paneed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
I boneless, skinless chicken breast3-4 T Italian bread crumbs1/2 t garlic powder1 t dried parsley2 T grated parmesan2 T olive oil
Directions
Slice chicken breasts in half and pound between plastic wrap until very thin. Mix together bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan, and parsley. Wet chicken with water and dip into bread crumb mixture. Heat olive oil in skillet over med. heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden on each side, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Makes 2 servings.
