Any Quiche

Ingredients
Sometimes I use a ready bake pie crust and sometimes I make my own. Both work fine.- Press or roll crust to bottom and sides of 9" pie dish.- Whisk eggs. Mix in milk and cheese. Add 1-3 Tbs Italian herbs, 1 tsp nutmeg, a dash of paprika, a couple tsp of sugar. - Fill crust with vegetables and meats of choice. Precook and thoroughly drain greens. Caramelize onions and garlic if you wish or put them in raw. - Pour liquid mixture over vegetables and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until center is set. Cover crust edges with foil if they're getting too dark and keep baking till pie is set.
