Sweet Potato Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 cup self rising cornmeal1/2 cup flour1/2 cup milk (2 % used for nutrition information)2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
Directions
Bake at 400° for 40 min until browned. I bake mine in a 9" cast iron skillet sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
