Mexican lasagna

1 lb. ground lean meat1 cup onion and peppers, diced2 tsp. minced garlic1 c. canned black bean, drained and rinsed3 cups. tomato sauce1/2 c. canned or frozen corn1-1/2 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. cumin1/4 tsp. black pepper1 cup salsa4 large whole wheat tortillas1-1/2 c. shredded low fat cheddar cheeseSour cream to top
Brown meat. Add in onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook till meat is cooked thru. Add beans, corn, seasonings. Cook 2 more minutes. Add in tomato sauce, salsa and black pepper to taste. Simmer 5 more minutes. remove from heat.
Layer 1/3 sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer 1/2 tortillas and 1/3 sauce and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Cover with foil and bake 35 min. at 375. Uncover and bake 10 more min. Let stand 10 min. and serve.
