For one taco layer how you like:1-2 Tblsp lean ground beef on top of 1 corn tortillasmall handful of shredded cheeseYou may add low fat sour cream or low sodium salsa and other extras, but really it's good by itself if you don't have other ingredients in your house!

Brown 1 lb. of lean ground beef to make up to 2-3 meals for two people! So, if each person has 2 little tacos, that's up to 6-9 servings! It's so easy.
