Pasta Carbonara with tofu noodles

Ingredients
8 oz package Shirataki Tofu Noodles1 Tbls minced green onion1 Tbls bacon bits2 Tbls grated parmesan cheese1 Tbls Molly McButter cheese flavored1 egg, lightly beaten in a large bowl1 Tbls chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Place noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water. Then boil in 1 quart of water for 3 minutes to remave any fishy odor. Return to colander and drain, squeezing outany excess water with a paper towel. Cut into 3 inch lengths with kitchen shears.
Coat a large frying pan with non stick cooking spray. Over high heat, stir green onion and bacon bits and saute till onion is softened, about 1 minute. Add noodles and cook stirring constantly till heated through. Add parmesan cheese and Molly Mcbutter and continue cooking till steaming hot.
Remove from heat and transfer to bowl with egg and mix thoroughly to cook the egg. Stir in parsley and serve a once.
