This was amazingly delicious! I was a bit skeptical when I poured the batter into the crock pot....but 2 1/2 hrs later, I pulled the cake from the crockpot using the foil "handles" and enjoyed the most delicious, moist cake!!! and my crock pot was spotless!! and ONLY a 1/2 c of br. sugar-scrumptous! - 1/26/10

I loved this! I did not have pumpkin pie spice, so I used nutmeg (a little over a 1/4 tsp), cinnamon (a little over 3/4 tsp), and cloves (a little over 1/4 tsp). I also used a buttermilk substitute (by using a tbsp of white vinegar, and 1 cup minus tbsp, let sit for 5 minutes, use only 1/4c. - 10/16/12

This was good but a little flat. Maybe I should have used my smaller Crock Pot? - 7/12/11
