Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients
1 Large Chopped Onion100g of Pasta1 small cup of frozen vegetables1 cup of can chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp of oil1 tsp of lemon juice
Directions
1. Place pasta into pan with enough water covering the pasta. Place on cooker and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Check regularly to see if cooked.
2. Then do the same to the frozen vegetables.
3. Whilst the pasta and vegetalbes are cooking chop 1 Large onion into small pieces.
3. Place onion into pan and cook with oil lightly until faint brown.
4. Add vegeatbles (drained) and add can chopped tomatoes.
5. pour in lemon juice and pasta (drained).
6. Stir slowly and gently for 20 seconds to mix the flavours and then serve warm
7. You can also add a bit of grated cheese to finish the dish off.
