Ingredients
Directions
4 pounds blackberries24 packets Truvia2 tsp cinnamon2 packages Ball No Sugar Needed Fruit Pection
Clean all blackberries before using. I filled a sink with cool water and them pulled them out.
Weigh the berries to determine how much you have.
Place in large saucepan. Add 24 packets Truvia, cinnamon, and stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Slowly stir in two packages of fruit pectin. I use Ball's No-Sugar Fruit Pectin because I don't use sugar! Bring to boil that does not stop or slow when stirring.
Using the amount of blackberries and ingredients above, you will end up with about 10 1/3 cup jam. This means you have about 165 tablespoon servings!!

Yes. Halving all ingredients just means you have one-half the servings so then yes you have the exact same nutritional information.

I would like to try this recipe,! I was wondering how to store the jam when finished making it? How long can you store it? - 9/11/09

I can it in a water bath canner for 20 minutes. I use half-pint jars. You can also purchase freezer jam containers but I prefer the canning method. When you can anything, the jars are sealed, much like they are in the store. These will last for a couple of years under the proper seal. Freezer won't.
