Low Carb Lime & Lemon Mousse Cake

Ingredients
1 Pack of Hartley Sugar Free Lime and Lemon Jelly8oz Philly Cream Cheese120ml Boiling WaterJuice and Zest of 1 Lime120ml Double CreamLime slices to Decorate
Directions
1 - Disolve the jelly sachet in the boiling water.
2 - Whisk the cream to stiff.
3 - Whisk the Cheese to smooth (best to have it out of fridge for an hour before.)
4 - Gradually add the jelly mixture to the cheese, whisking all the time. Then do the same with the lime juice and zest. Then do the same with the cream.
5 - Once all mixed and creamy pour/spoon into a greased pirex pie dish. Chill until set, serve decorated with the lime slices.
