Beef and Veggie Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs beef tips (cut into bite size pieces)1/2 (each)red and white onion1/2 (each) green, red and yellow peppers2 celery stalks2.5 cups water1 tbsp basil1 beef bullion cube1 packet McCormick's beef stew seasoning2 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
Directions
cut up all vegetables and beef into appx 1-in bite size pieces.
add all beef and veggies to slow cooker.
mix seasoning according to packet directions.
add seasoning mix to slow cooker.
stir to coat all ingredients.
add 1 beef bullion cube and basil seasoning.
cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW for 8 hrs.

enjoy with corn bread or your favorite side!
