Leslie's Chicken Pasta

2 frozen chicken breasts2 small bell peppers (chopped)2 cans of stewed tomoates2 medium size banana peppers (chopped)2 cloves garlic (minced)3 green onions (chopped)1 handful of wheat spa ghetti, uncooked1 cup of shredded mozzerella cheese
Boil chicken breasts in water for approximatly 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove chicken from water, skim off and "gunk" on the top, break spaghetti in half add to chicken stock with 1 tsp. of salt. Boil noodles for 8-10 minutes until almost completely cooked. Drain pasta. Add oil to pan sautee vegetables and garlic for 2 minutes, add tomoates, chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. Add pasta and toss until covered, heat through. Spray a small oven safe pan with non-stick spray, pour pasta mixture into pan, sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
