Alison's Pasta Salad

1 1/2 Cups Green Bell Peppers - chopped (or any color you like)1/2 of a Large Cucumber - chopped1 Oz Green Olives (in brine) - cut in half20 Cherry Tomatoes - cut in half1 Cup Onion - chopped42 slices Turkey Pepperoni2 Oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese12 Oz Wacky Mac Veggie Spiral Pasta10 T Kraft Light Italian Dressing
Makes 20 1/2 cup servings
Cook pasta spirals according to package directions, drain & cool.
Chop the peppers, cucumber, and onions & place in a large bowl. Halve the olives and cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl. Put in the turkey pepperoni & mozzarella cheese.
Add the cooked, cooled pasta.
Then pour the dressing over all ingredients and mix well.
I like to add a tablespoon or two of red wine vinegar.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Chill for at least an hour to let the flavors blend together.
Enjoy!
