Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1 pound of shrimp, raw peeled Margarine 3 TBSPGarlic 2-3 clovesDash of Tony Chachere's SeasoningDash of fresh black pepper
Directions
Serving Size 4oz.
Melt Margarine in pan in 450 degree oven, glass or ceramic work best. Add shrimp, garlic, seasoning and cook until pink (approx 7-8 mins). Be careful not to overcook or it will be rubbery.
Works well served with pasta or rice.
