Ingredients
24 oz baby red potaotes1 large bell pepper1 large onion3-4 med hungarian peppers 2 TBS olive oil seasoningsto taste
Directions
Dice all veggies. Mix with olive oli and seasonings in large baking dish and bake at 400f for 40 min or until potaotes are tender aand starting to brown.
