Ingredients
About 1 lb Chicken Breast1/2 bottle BBQ Sauce (9 oz)1 large onion sliced1 tsp ground ginger1 tbsp honey1 cup diced tomato
Directions
Mix the BBQ sauce, honey, ginger in a bowl
Slice the onion
Put Chicken and Onion into Crock Pot
Mix Chicken and Sauce together
Place tomatoes on top
Close lid and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
Serve over Starch of choice or shred for sandwiches
