Ingredients
1lb lean ground turkey breast1/2 c. chopped bell pepper1/2 c. chopped red onion1 tsp. splenda 1/2 c. ketchup1/2 tsp mustard1- 2 tsp worchestershire sauce1 tsp balsamic vinegar6 100% Wheat Arnold sandwhich thins
Directions
brown ground turnkey in skillet and add onions, and peppers to meat. cook until onions are softened. Meanwhile mix other ingredients (except feta cheese) and mix well. Add to pan. Simmer another 5 minutes on low and equally add mixture to six sandwich thins.
