Cornflake Drumstick Bake

Ingredients
*Cornflake Crumbs, 1 cup *Shop Rite Parmesan Cheese, 4 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Chicken Drumstick, 8 drumstick
Preheat oven 350
Line baking sheet with aluminum
Spray with cooking spray
Mix dry ingredients
Beat eggs in separate bowl
Dip each drumstick in egg, then coat with dry ingredients
Place on baking sheet
Spray with light coating of cooking spray
Bake at 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
