6 oz plain fat-free yogurt 1 medium peach(es), sliced (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup(s) raspberries 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp splenda
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Yields 1 glass per serving.
