Canned Salmon spaghetti

Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) whole wheat spaghetti1 can pink Salmon2 tsp garlic -minced1/3 cup Olive Oil1 Cup chicken broth2 tsp. dried parsley(1/4 Cup fresh)1/2 tsp. dried cilantro1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions
cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil. Stir in canned salmon,broth,parsley,cilantro, lemon pepper,salt, and cayenne. Cook until heated through.
drain spagetti and place onto large shallow bowl; add the salmon mixture and toss to coat.
serves 6

    Note that the nutritional info doesn't include the pasta, so the carbs are signficantly higher. - 1/11/09

    My vegetarian niece & I really liked this. I did add a little salt at the table. My 6 & 9 year old daughters wouldn't try it, but they're not risk takers!
