Black Beans and Corn

Ingredients
1 can corn1 can black beans2 garlic cloves, diced1 Tbsp onion, diced1/2 medium-sized tomato, chopped1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped3 tbsp cumin3 tbsp chili powder1 green chili pepper, diced1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then transfer to a skillet on medium-high. You can spray non-stick spray in the skillet or use olive oil (adds more calories). Stir every couple of minutes to prevent burning. Cooks in 10 minutes! This meal is great for topping nacho chips. You can add salsa, cheese, and sour cream if you like. Makes 5 servings.
