1c whole wheat flour1c all purpose flour1tsp baking soda1tsp baking powder1/4c sugar1/4c brown sugar2 eggs3 small ripe bananas1 4 oz cup yoplait fiber one vanilla1 4oz cup cinnamon apple sauce1/4c walnuts (optional) Less calories and fat if left out
Mix all dry ingredients togather in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients and sugar in mixer. Add dry to wet gradually. Spray loaf pan pour in batter and bake at 350. make one large loaf 60 min.
